The annual Citywealth Brand Management & Reputation Awards took place on Tuesday 19th June during a champagne reception at the private members club 12 Hay Hill, Mayfair, London.
Now in its eighth year, these annual awards were created to highlight the best brands and their communication strategies. They also recognise the ever important marketing and press function within financial services and the challenges it faces as it switches to ESG stakeholder models.
Now more than ever, the pandemic and remote working have highlighted the importance of communication within organisations and employee brand. Communication tools have also changed, with podcasts and webinars now mainstream. AI is also playing an increasingly important role within the wealth management industry.
The winners were determined by an independent panel of eleven industry judges after the shortlist was published online and public voting took place. 90% of the voting was decided by the judges and 10% by the public vote over a period of a year.
