Simon has over 15 years of experience managing concentrated equity portfolios. Before joining VAR, he was a fund manager in the Global Equity Income team at Legal & General Investment management, where the portfolio was managed with a strict value philosophy and delivered 5.7% annualised outperformance.

Suchet is an Analyst at VAR Capital. Suchet holds a BSc. in Business Management & IT from University College London. Prior to joining VAR Capital, Suchet gained experience at a boutique wealth management firm in London and a commercial bank in Mauritius.

Amy joined VAR Capital as a Vice President. Prior to VAR, Amy worked in Barclays Private Bank for a number of years working with international clients. Amy holds a Bachelor and a Masters degree in Economics and Geography from University of Aberdeen.
