About the role:
As part of the growth of our asset management business, we are seeking an experienced Equity Analyst and portfolio manager with strong track records in the fields of global equity markets. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who are knowledgeable across a broad range of sectors and geographies.
The successful candidate will work closely with the CIO of the firm and will be tasked with generating a flow of investment ideas for our asset management team, monitoring existing and proposed investments and participating in our broader portfolio management process. It is anticipated that the majority of invested stocks will be sourced from developed markets, but we are content with having EM exposures. A knowledge of fixed income alongside will be advantageous to the role.
The candidate will also assist the investment team with generating client sales pitches, participating in client meetings and assisting with the management of client portfolios.
The role will be based in our Mayfair, London offices and a fully competitive salary and benefits package will be offered.
About you:
You should posses 3-5 years in a buy side or in the research team of a sell side firm. The candidate would ideally have a bachelor or above.
Excellent communication skills are a pre-requisite, and candidates should be confident, self-motivated and comfortable with working both within a team environment and independently.
